Open this page in the Quest Browser, download the APK, and install. Built for batch rooms of 3–30 headsets — same Wi‑Fi, one QR on a TV, walk the room.

Phone Android app is separate — use CareerWIL 1.0.13+15 for Digital Paper on phones.

On each Quest (first time)

Developer Mode once — Meta Horizon mobile app → headset → Developer Mode On. Reboot the headset if prompted.
Open Quest Browser — go to careerwil.online/wil/careerwil/vr or scan the QR.
Tap Download — wait for the ~92 MB APK. Allow the browser to download APK files if asked.
Install — open the download notification → Install. Allow Install unknown apps for Browser if prompted.
Launch CareerWIL VR — find it under Library → Unknown Sources (or App Library search).
Sign in — use device-code auth, then join the LiveKit / XR session for the shift.

Batch room playbook (3–30 devices)

1. Prep Wi‑Fi

One strong SSID for the room. Charge headsets. Open Developer Mode on each unit before the cohort arrives.

2. Show the QR

Full-screen this page or the QR on a TV/projector. Operators walk the aisle while workers scan.

3. Parallel download

All headsets download at once from careerwil.online. Expect a few minutes on typical venue Wi‑Fi for ~92 MB.

4. Spot-check

Confirm Library shows CareerWIL VR on a sample of 2–3 units, then start the shift login.

Updates: after the first install, CareerWIL VR auto-checks /api/v1/wil/vr/latest on launch and every few hours. When a newer build is published, the headset downloads it and opens the system Install prompt — confirm once and you are on the new release. Manual fallback: reopen this page or use the latest APK link (same package id upgrades in place).
