Chat commands

1. Shop as a buyer

  • open mall — all eShops
  • search products all skincare — mall-wide search
  • buy Product Name — PayFast checkout
  • Web: /eshop and /eshop/<slug> shelves

2. Sell / manage your shelf

  • design my eshop — wizard (exit with stop)
  • list my products — your catalog only
  • add product NAME photo — multi gallery photos (mobile picker or web 📎 Photo)
  • add product NAME video / … narration
  • update product photo for NAME — replace main
  • change product price NAME to R599
  • promo NAME at R150 was R200 — shelf promo badge
  • end promo NAME / remove promo NAME — end live promo
  • deactivate product NAME / remove product NAME — hide from shelf
  • join eshop SLUG as sales / as owner
  • pending joins · approve join ID
  • my platform fees — 3% platform share
  • request payment R150 for invoice … — link + QR

3. Product photos on web (PC)

  1. Link the browser with login to web / scan QR (full dashboard, not Demo Mode).
  2. Say add product ExactShelfName photo (or update product photo for ExactShelfName).
  3. The PC file chooser opens immediately. Or click the green 📎 Photo button next to the mic, or the 📎 Attach photo chip.
  4. Select one or more images. Chat confirms save and gallery count. Media applies to the shelf — no support ticket for normal pick-and-upload.

Use the exact shelf name from list my products. Mobile still opens the in-app multi-select picker for the same commands.

4. Verify media

After upload, chat shows a success bubble with image count. Open your shelf and swipe the gallery. Linked web and mobile see the same history bubbles.

5. Exit points

Design, training, join claim, and payment pickers all accept stop / cancel. Cancel the file chooser anytime.

Leave any multi-step flow: say stop or cancel. Say continue to stay.
