# TA8 Foundation — Colourcraft Auto

## Why Colourcraft Auto first

Colourcraft Auto is a real co-hosted SME (Richard Chang) with:

- Existing **Odoo 15** operations (migrating toward **Odoo 19** on BusinesSite)
- Staff that must be digitized (roles, shifts, approvals — not only the owner)
- Customers and suppliers that must live on the business instance (true cost reduction in administration)

It proves the **TA8 end goal** — “Speak. Transact. Grow.” for every business — before verticals **TA6 (Sensi / farming)** and **TA7 (NATIVEnvoy / creative)** specialize domain language and modules.

## Owner path (live)

1. Human profile (Richard Chang) on BusinesSite — internal user  
2. Chat: `join business Colourcraft Auto as owner`  
3. Upload business registration + certified ID + police affidavit (same date stamp)  
4. Admin approves identity  
5. ERP questionnaire (Odoo 15 → 19, hosting URL, provider contacts)  
6. Billing: `3%` or `deploy+sla` → quote → project  
7. Core team integration project → go-live → Support + SLA
