Job-spec path (permissions)
Access to a tool follows confirmation of each job specification for business and service staff:
- Trained? On-the-job training (OJT), work-integrated learning (WIL), classroom, or AI-assisted — if not, training is scheduled.
- Coached? Mentor assigned from the roster on a live task that implements the spec — if not, wait on the mentor roster.
- Contracted? Self-managed delivery with minimal or no supervision — ready for project tasks at full responsibility.

Claim pool commission (half-time)
- Claim from the voice/support task pool → clock starts from job-spec ideal task minutes
- 100% if you complete by half the ideal delivery time
- Half time passes → exclusive claim lost; task broadcast to same-profile teammates
- Another completes within half of remaining time → 70% completer · 30% original claimer
- Team fails → ethical AI attempts completion if trained (or self-trained from past similar human completions)
Half project timeline economics
The MOADEfy target is to complete all project tasks in half the project timeline, so half the project cost becomes the funds needed for tool services, annual user/human commissions, and business growth budgets.
