Edit your site and eShop by message

Owners and staff edit the brand homepage and the eShop shelf by chat. The shop chat page is locked with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy). Open bakoenaholdings.online/chat or cakecouture.online/chat, text a setup SMS to the phone on the human account, then add the setup key as a time-based account. After that, enter the 6-digit code to unlock the browser for 8 hours. In the BusinesSite app, write otp 123456 before the command. Commands: set hero, set lead, set tagline, set theme light or dark, set announcement, create product NAME at RPRICE, preview my site.

Who this is for

Owners and staff of a BusinesSite such as Bakoena Holdings or Cake Couture. You change the public homepage and the eShop shelf by sending a message. The same words work in the BusinesSite app and on the shop's own chat page. The chat page is not open to the public. Owner and staff each use an authenticator app.

Set up the authenticator app

On your phone, install one of these free apps: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy. Use the Play Store or the App Store.
Open your shop chat page: bakoenaholdings.online/chat, cakecouture.online/chat, or /businessite/site/<slug>/chat.
Enter the phone number on your own BusinesSite human account (for Bakoena, Dr Teboho Matebesi uses 082 464 7664) and tap Text me a setup SMS. The SMS is sent only to that phone.
Enter the SMS digits. The page shows a setup key and a QR code.
In the authenticator app choose Add account, then Enter a setup key (or scan the QR code). Account name: the shop. Key type: time based. Type the key from the page.
Type the 6-digit code from the app into the page and tap Confirm authenticator.
To edit again later, enter a fresh 6-digit code. That browser stays unlocked for 8 hours.

Each owner and each staff member does this on their own phone. A person who only knows the public phone number cannot edit the site. If you lose the phone, ask BusinesSite to reset the authenticator.

In the BusinesSite app, put the current code on the same line as the command: otp 123456 set hero Speak. Supply. Build.

Where to send the message

BusinesSite app or web chat — open chat and tap Edit my site, or type edit my site. Use the phone number on your human account (for Bakoena, Dr Teboho Matebesi's account, 082 464 7664).
Your own chat page — bakoenaholdings.online/chat, cakecouture.online/chat, or /businessite/site/<slug>/chat for any other shop. Enter that same phone once. It stays on this browser.

If you manage more than one shop, start with use shop bakoena or use shop cakecouture.

These lines change the homepage visitors see. Refresh the site after each one.

eShop shelf

Shoppers see this on /eshop/your-slug/ and on the product page. Prices still follow the eyesWallet ladder (shop, online, app card, app + eyesWallet).

What a message does not change

Your human profile stays a person. The shop stays a separate business.
Sample medical lines still need a SAHPRA listing, lot, and intended use before clinical supply.
Light/dark on a browser that already saved a choice is not overwritten.
Say stop to leave a longer design interview (design my eshop).
