Create business projects in chat or BusinesSite → Projects. Add members and roles, teams, budget, phases, tasks/subtasks, status reports, timesheets, meetings and events. Tied to your business profile and Odoo Project / Calendar / Analytic / Events.

What is a BusinesSite project?

A business project is work you own under your profile or company — not the platform’s internal SLA tickets. Each project links to Odoo Project, can use Calendar meetings, Timesheets, analytic budget, and optional public Events.

Open the UI

  • Backend: BusinesSite → Projects → My / business projects
  • Chat: project help · my projects · guide projects

Chat commands (high level)

  • create project NAME budget 15000
  • create subproject Mobile under NAME
  • add member email@x.com to project NAME as manager
  • add team Design to project NAME · add phase UAT to project NAME
  • add task … to project NAME · add subtask … under task …
  • log time 2h on task … · my timesheets
  • schedule meeting Kickoff on project NAME in 1 day at 10:00 for 1h
  • create event Launch day on project NAME in 7 days
  • report project status NAME: Sprint 1 done on track

Roles: owner, manager, lead, member, contributor, viewer (permissions differ).

API

Authenticated JSON: POST /api/v1/businessite/projects with action = list | create | add_task | add_member | log_time | schedule_meeting | create_event | report_status.
